Who You Are Buying From
Daisy Tickets, located in Australia, acts as the Agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the Event for which you purchase Tickets. We will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event provider.
Currency
All Ticket prices are shown in Australian Dollars.
Ticket License
Each Ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular Event and is subject to any additional terms and conditions set forth on that Ticket or at the point of purchase on this website. Attendance of the Event and/or Venue is deemed to be acceptance of these Ticket Terms and Conditions. Another company, individual or organisation may be presenting the performance and the Ticket is subject to any conditions for that activity as made available to you by that other company, individual or organisation.
Truthfulness and Accuracy of Information You Provide
You represent and warrant that all information you provide through this website, including but not limited to all information concerning your name, address, card number and other identifying information of any nature will be true, complete and correct and that you will update all information as it changes. You agree that you will only use a card belonging to you, your friends or immediate family members who expressly authorize such use for the purpose of purchasing Tickets. You further agree that you will not attempt to conceal your identity by using multiple Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or email addresses to purchase Tickets on this website.
R18+
Means the Event or Venue is for people 18 years of age and over. You must be able to present valid age identification at the Event or Venue otherwise you will not be admitted to the Event or Venue and will not be eligible for a Ticket refund unless the Promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge.
Personal Information
You give consent to Daisy Tickets to provide your applicable personal information to third parties used to process your Ticket purchase, delivery and attendance at an Event or Venue and the subsequent management of that personal information.
Lawful Compliance
You must comply with all Federal, State, Territory and Local government laws and regulations that cover the sale of Tickets, the attendance at an Event and a Venue.
You acknowledge that complying with applicable laws is your responsibility and you agree not to hold Daisy Tickets liable for your failure to comply with any applicable law or Daisy Tickets failure to notify you of those applicable laws.
After receiving a lawful request, information you provide to Daisy Tickets will be made available to any authorized Government authority or representative.
You are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Event or Venue without a refund or other compensation. You should be aware that some Event or Venue rules prohibit some items from being brought into the Event or Venue, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers.
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
You must not record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture or reproduction of the Event. You grant permission to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at the Event (regardless of whether before, during or after the Event) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.
Ejection and Ticket Cancellation
Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject any person whose conduct Management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider regulations, rules or statutory requirements. This will terminate your right to attend the Event or to receive a refund of the Ticket price. A Ticket is revocable and admission or readmission may be refused. A Ticket is not redeemable for cash.
Not Transferrable
Tickets are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unlawful Resale or Use of Tickets
Unlawful resale of Tickets or an attempt to do so may be grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A Ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions or contests unless written authorisation is provided to you by Daisy Tickets.
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation reference (in the form of a confirmation page or email) immediately after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to contact Daisy Tickets to confirm that your order has been placed as you may be the only person aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Daisy Tickets will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was placed when you failed to receive confirmation.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after billing information has been verified. When we receive incorrect billing or card information for a Ticket order, Daisy Tickets will attempt to contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Daisy Tickets is unable to contact and communicate with you after the initial attempt, your order may be cancelled and the Tickets sold to another customer.
Processing and Delivery Fees
Tickets purchased on this website are subject to a non-refundable per Ticket booking fee or service fee and a non-refundable per order delivery fee.
Ticket Limits
When purchasing Tickets from Daisy Tickets you may be limited to a specified number of Tickets for each Event. This amount is included at the point of purchase on this website.
Cancelled Events
Occasionally, Events are cancelled or postponed by the Band, Team, Theatre, Promoter or Venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Daisy Tickets makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund if applicable. If an Event is cancelled, please contact Daisy Tickets for information on receiving a refund. If the Event was moved or rescheduled, the Venue or Promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a Ticket is incorrect because of an error on this website or during processing, Daisy Tickets will have the right to cancel that Ticket and refund the amount paid.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing Tickets, carefully review your Event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including Bands, Teams, Theatres, Promoters or Venues, generally prohibit Daisy Tickets from issuing refunds or exchanges after a Ticket has been purchased.
Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets
Lost, stolen or destroyed Tickets cannot be replaced or payment refunded unless the Event Promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge.
Delivery of Tickets
If you have selected delivery by post please allow up to 7 working days after your order was initially processed for your Tickets to arrive. Daisy Tickets sends Tickets to the address you provide us with when you purchase the Tickets. Tickets that are not sent by Registered Post are the responsibility of the Ticket purchaser if lost in transit. Tickets cannot be replaced or payment refunded unless the Event promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge.
Tickets that Do Not Arrive in the Post
Tickets cannot be replaced or payment refunded unless you have specified Registered Post as your delivery option when purchasing Tickets or unless the Event Promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge.
Venue Pick Up (Will Call)
You must present your Daisy Tickets confirmation reference and/or the card used to purchase the Tickets and/or the phone number you specified to purchase the Tickets and/or picture identification if the Promoter requires it. Some Events do not have Venue Pick Up or a Door List or Will Call, which is why you don't get this option when ordering Tickets.
Venue Door List
Daisy Tickets takes no responsibility for any unauthorised person that enters the Event or Venue under your name. Tickets cannot be replaced or payment refunded unless the Event Promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge.
Tickets that are Not Available at the Venue (Will Call)
Tickets cannot be replaced or payment refunded unless you have specified Registered Post as your delivery option or unless the Event Promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge.
Venue Capacity
This is determined by those who are promoting or otherwise providing the Event for which you purchase a Ticket. You acknowledge that Daisy Tickets is not responsible for any under or over capacity.
Venue Closure or Interruption
You acknowledge and agree not to hold Daisy Tickets liable for any Venue closure or interruption during an Event.
Multiple Browser Windows
Please open and use one browser window as using multiple browser windows could result in losing your Ticket or session timeout resulting in a Ticket being multiple ordered or not ordered at all. If you suspect this may have happened, contact us immediately.
Force Majeure
If the performance of any part of these Ticket Terms and Conditions is prevented, hindered, delayed or otherwise made impracticable by reason of an act of God, strike, lockout or other interference with work, war (declared or undeclared), blockade, disturbance, lightning, fire, earthquake, storm, flood, explosion, governmental or quasi governmental restraint, expropriation, prohibition, intervention, direction or embargo, unavailability or delay in availability of equipment or transport, inability or delay in obtaining governmental or quasi governmental approvals, consents, permits, licenses, authorities or allocations and any other cause, whether of the kind specifically enumerated above or otherwise which is not reasonably within the control of the Party affected or Daisy Tickets, we shall be excused to the extent that it is prevented, hindered, or delayed by such causes.
Indemnity
You agree to be fully responsible for and fully indemnify us against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees suffered by us and arising out of any breach of the Ticket Terms and Conditions by you.
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing a Ticket through Daisy Tickets, you agree to these Ticket Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You assume all risks incidental to the Event for which a Ticket is issued, whether before, during or after the Event.
Governing Law
The Ticket Terms and Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
General
If any part of the Ticket Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Ticket Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Ticket Terms and Conditions.
