DATA CENTRE
Servers are physically isolated from everyone but authorised personnel.

Servers are protected through additional dedicated security grade software within the firewall environment to combat and exclude any potential threat. All data control systems are secured within the protected areas.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PROCESSING
Processed with SSL/TLS server security combined with secure bank IPG Merchant Administration control systems ensuring the highest level of security. No personally identifiable credit or debit card details are kept electronically on Daisy Tickets card payment financial transaction servers after processing. Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI) is adopted.

DATA SECURITY COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Controls and procedures have been initiated for Daisy Tickets to meet or exceed applicable PCI and other relevant security compliance standards.

Daisy Tickets implement administrative, physical and technical safeguards that protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of protected electronic information that it creates, receives, maintains or transmits with specific emphasis on financial transaction data.

Applicable transaction data is transmitted through SSL encryption to external Data Centre or processing servers that have world best practice security and intrusion protection.

CARD VERIFICATION SECURITY
All Daisy Tickets card transactions must include the CCV number. Customer collected product should not to be released until the card charged is sighted and verified with picture ID.
