How do I find an Event?
Go to the Current Events page and Click on the relevant picture or link OR
Click the date you are looking for on the Calendar to the right of your screen OR
Use the Search Box located at the top right of the screen and type in any word relating to that Event.

What happens if my Ticket does not arrive on time?
We can lodge a request with Australia Post to trace items sent by Registered Post. Tickets sent by Express Post can be traced to the Australia Post delivery processing point. Tickets sent by Regular Post cannot be traced. Tickets cannot be replaced or payment refunded unless the Event Promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge. Email daisy@daisytickets.com to confirm.

I have lost or destroyed or had my Ticket stolen - How do I get a replacement?
Lost, stolen or destroyed Tickets cannot be replaced or payment refunded unless the Event Promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge. Email daisy@daisytickets.com to confirm.

My name appears on the Door List - Can other people use it for entry?
Yes, if there is more than 1 Ticket ordered. Daisy Tickets takes no responsibility for any unauthorised person that enters under your name. Contact the Promoter or Venue for assistance.

Can I change the Ticket delivery method?
We may be able to change the Ticket delivery method. If the delivery charge is different, we refund the original Ticket purchase transaction after you reorder the Ticket online. Email daisy@daisytickets.com to confirm the procedure before you reorder the Ticket.

How do I notify you of a change of address
Email daisy@daisytickets.com with the new address including your contact phone number for verification.

Can I get my Ticket posted to a different address?
Sometimes. Email daisy@daisytickets.com with the new address including your contact phone number for verification.

Can I exchange my Ticket to another time?
Sorry, no. Policies set forth by our clients, including Bands, Promoters, Teams, Theatres and Venues, generally prohibit Daisy Tickets from issuing refunds or exchanges after a Ticket has been purchased.

My Event has been cancelled or moved or postponed - What now?
Daisy Tickets make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund if applicable. Daisy Tickets will email information to the email address used when you booked the Ticket. If the Event was moved or rescheduled, the Venue or Promoter may set refund limitations. Email daisy@daisytickets.com for exact instructions if you do not receive the email.

I received an error during my transaction. Did my booking go through?
Email daisy@daisytickets.com to confirm that your booking has been placed as you may be the only person aware of any problems that may occur during the booking and payment process.

I have Wheelchair or Special Needs. Is the Venue accessible?
Please contact the Venue directly.

Can I pay by cash or cheque?
Sorry, no. The cost of processing cash or cheque payments is higher than the booking fee.

I bought my Ticket through a friend or on an auction website - Is my Ticket valid?
Unlawful resale or an attempt to do so may be grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Some States have anti-scalping legislation and some local government authorities have bylaws that may impact on your Ticket purchase. Please check with them.

How do I lodge a complaint?
Email daisy@daisytickets.com for information as it depends on what the complaint is about. We always welcome and appreciate feedback.

Am I entitled to a Ticket concession price?
Only if it is shown in the Ticket booking area.


When is my card charged?
Your card is charged when the booking is made. If money is refunded back to your card, it may take up to ten business days to appear in your bank account.

Can you update the website urgently?
Yes - we can make changes to our listings right up to the last minute. To tell us about a cancellation, make an urgent change to your listing or if you've spotted a mistake please email daisy@daisytickets.com

How do we get listed in Daisy's weekly newsletter?
The newsletter will be available for general release in July 2010. The current newsletter is formatted for Artist's, Promoter's and Venues that have placed Events, gigs etc with Daisy Tickets.

Can I link to DaisyTickets.com from my website?
Yes - you can link directly to DaisyTickets.com or to any other page on the website - be our guest! We can also provide a link back to your website or social networking site if you provide us with the URL.

I want to book a particular DJ for my Venue, how do I do it?
Contact the DJ through their website or social networking site. We try and provide a link on the DJ's Information page. A search on Google will usually help you to find their contact details. We hope to be able to make DJ contact details available on the DJ's DaisyTickets.com page soon.

I'd like to play at a particular Venue, who should I contact?
Contact the Venue through their website or social networking site. We try and provide a link on the Venue Information page. A search on Google will usually help you to find their contact details.
