Cancelled Events

31 August 2010 - DECADENCE SYDNEY II is being rescheduled. The Promoter is contacting all ticket buyers and Daisy Tickets has refunded the full ticketing charge, back to the original card that was used to purchase the ticket(s).
Cancelled Events
Occasionally, Events are cancelled or postponed by the Band, Promoter, Team, Theatre or Venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Daisy Tickets makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund if applicable.
Generally, the card used to purchase the Ticket is refunded. This usually occurs within seven days of the Event being cancelled but it may take up to ten business days to appear in your bank account. If that card is no longer valid, the refund will be processed by cheque and sent to the postal address provided when the Ticket was purchased.

Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing Tickets, carefully review your Event and seat selection. Policies of our clients including Bands, Promoters, Teams, Theatres and Venues usually prohibit Daisy Tickets from issuing refunds or exchanges after a Ticket has been purchased. For cancelled or postponed Events, see above.
Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets
Lost, stolen or destroyed Tickets cannot be replaced or refunded unless the Event Promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge.
Tickets that Do Not Arrive in the Post
Tickets cannot be replaced or refunded unless they are sent by Registered Post and Australia Post refund the total value or the Event Promoter agrees to reimburse Daisy Tickets the full purchase price paid including any booking fee, service fee or delivery charge.
