REASON
Damaged during delivery
or
Faulty
or
Does not match the description given to you
or
Does not do what it's supposed to do

Please contact Daisy Tickets as soon as possible
We will advise you how to return the item and to what address
Please include the online purchaser's name and purchase reference number

RETURNS
You must return the item within 28 days of purchase
The item should be in a resaleable condition 
The item should be unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition
Any sew-in labels should still be attached

If you need to cancel your Ticket before an Event starts, contact us immediately
The Venue or Promoter may set refund limitations
As a general rule, we refund the Ticket face value
The booking fee is discretionary
